Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s totally okay! We know that not every holster fits every body perfectly, and we always want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, let’s fix that. Here’s how:

Return Policy

• You’ve got 60 days to send your item back in its original condition. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 60 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
• We don’t charge restocking fees, but return shipping is on you. We will gladly provide you with a shipping label, and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. (The cost of returns shipped within the United States is $6.95)
• Make sure all parts and components are included in the return. Missing pieces will be deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Last Call and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Our lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects still applies.
• A free gift is any item you receive at no charge, like a welcome gift. If a return means your order no longer qualifies for its free gift, please include the gift in your return. Otherwise the gift’s retail value will be deducted from your refund.
• Bundle & Save discounts are recalculated on returns. If a return drops your order below the quantity for its discount, your refund is adjusted to the discount that applies to the items you keep. For example, if you bought 3 holsters at 20% off and return 1, the 2 you keep are priced at 10% off.
• Free gifts and gift cards are non-refundable.
• To start a return, email support@flashbangstore.com with your name and order number and we’ll help you from there.

Exchanges

• Exchanges follow the same 60-day window and condition rules as returns.
• Last Call and clearance items are final sale and can’t be exchanged.
• To start an exchange, email support@flashbangstore.com with your name and order number. We’ll help you find the right fit and get your return started.
• Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a gift card for your credit. Use it to order exactly what you want, and if your new order costs more, just pay the difference at checkout.

Warranty & Defective Items

• We stand by our gear, which is why all Flashbang products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
• Unless your item is defective, it needs to be in unworn condition for a return or exchange. If it comes back looking like it’s been through a wild weekend, we may have to adjust the refund accordingly.
