Somehow lost the snap receiver part of my holster, and went to order a new one. Decided spur of the moment to order a whole new set, and a spare set to have on hand "just in case." Got them in just a couple of days, along with a free extra set!

I lost a piece for my holster (my own fault) but I always know the best way to find something is to buy another. I love that it's an option here to buy extra pieces instead of having to rebuy the entire holster! And yes, the day before it came in I found my missing pieces.

I have loved my Marilyn holster for over a year, but I put a lot of wear on it with the weight of my gun and the pressure from my size G cups. I was nervous when the clip broke I would have to invest in a whole new holster. I was so pleasantly surprised that I could buy replacement parts! The replacement strap in the repair kit is strong than the original ones I received.

My kit came fast and I was able to repair my bra holster. One thing is that I am a size G bra and my replacement strap did not fit. But I remember that I ordered an additional strap larger originally.I bought two holsters over two years ago and needed a part replacement. I had no clue if they would sell them separately. I contacted them and the one of the owners themselves responded and helped me out without taking me to the bank! I am now looking to buy another bra holster as they are created! Customer for life. The button clasp failed on my Flashbang strap. I was in the process of picking out my Christmas present (I’m looking at you, Ava! ❤️), so I ordered the repair kit. I knew it was going to take several weeks to get my new holster, so I emailed customer service to see if they could send the kit separately. I received a response the next day letting me know the kit was going in the mail that day. I received it in less than a week. It’s super easy to replace on the holster and I’m back up and running! I only needed the male portion of the snap (part with a screw) on the leather strap; but, due to the low price for complete strap, bought two small straps. The items arrived in a very reasonable time. Being a former FHP Sgt, I CC everyday; therefore, I have resolved myself to check the tightness of the screw on a weekly basis. I needed to remove holster to launder my bra and the snap wasn't smooth or easy to remove; I called Customer Service and (in person) friendly professional assisted me in what I needed (thanks). I had to change holsters because under one arm (one side) I felt uneven and uncentered - so glad I found this holster replaced snap for smoother transition. VERY HAPPY

I opened the bag and in about 4 minutes my holster was ready to use. Then like most men I checked the directions to see if it was correct.

The repair kit temporarily reduced the rattling noise of the snap, but only for a few weeks. The replacement snap is rattling as bad as the first one did and has developed just as much play in it. It was nice of them to send a replacement at no charge since I had just purchased the holster a few weeks before I reached out to them, but it's disappointing how noisy the snaps are.

This holster is comfortable & concealable. It’s also the fastest draw holster ever! Love it!

I switched from ulti clip (on the betty 2.0) to the regular clip for my belt. Works great.... wearing it everyday now.
