Holsters are made to order and typically require about 5 business days to process before shipping, regardless of shipping method. During checkout, an estimated delivery date will be displayed to your location along with options for expedited shipping.

Please also note that orders may experience longer processing times during peak season, such as, new product launches, limited promotions, and holidays.

All orders shipping to the U.S. over $95 will qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that the total order amount is calculated before tax and after discounts are applied.

For orders shipped outside the U.S., shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, destination country, and shipping method selection.

Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s totally okay! We know that not every holster fits every body perfectly, and we always want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, let’s fix that. Here’s how:

Return Policy

You’ve got 60 days to send your item back in its original condition. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 60 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
We don’t charge restocking fees, but return shipping is on you. We will gladly provide you with a shipping label, and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. (The cost of returns shipped within the United States is $6.95)
Make sure all parts and components are included in the return. Missing pieces will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Last Call and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Our lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects still applies.
A free gift is any item you receive at no charge, like a welcome gift. If a return means your order no longer qualifies for its free gift, please include the gift in your return. Otherwise the gift’s retail value will be deducted from your refund.
Bundle & Save discounts are recalculated on returns. If a return drops your order below the quantity for its discount, your refund is adjusted to the discount that applies to the items you keep. For example, if you bought 3 holsters at 20% off and return 1, the 2 you keep are priced at 10% off.
Free gifts and gift cards are non-refundable.
To start a return, email support@flashbangstore.com with your name and order number and we’ll help you from there.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same 60-day window and condition rules as returns.
Last Call and clearance items are final sale and can’t be exchanged.
To start an exchange, email support@flashbangstore.com with your name and order number. We’ll help you find the right fit and get your return started.
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a gift card for your credit. Use it to order exactly what you want, and if your new order costs more, just pay the difference at checkout.

Warranty & Defective Items

We stand by our gear, which is why all Flashbang products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
Unless your item is defective, it needs to be in unworn condition for a return or exchange. If it comes back looking like it’s been through a wild weekend, we may have to adjust the refund accordingly.

Still have questions? Need a little help? No problem! Just shoot us a message, and we’ll take care of you. 💖

In love!

I ordered this because I wanted a durable key ring. I’m so tired of things breaking on me. It exceeded my expectations! My only complaint is their logo wasn’t embossed on mine, but it is such quality leather and I am so thrilled it will be functional for years to come. The one way snap is amazing, and I was amazed by how sturdy the clip feels. It fits on belt loops, purse hardware, anywhere I want, and the slimline wallet clips on really nicely when I don’t have pockets!

Exceeds expectations!

Great little piece, I got one for home and one for work! Those of you working in a Sam or Sally Browne belt will be pleased to know it fits really nicely around these. They'd make a nice gift for your troops too!

Love it!!!

This is by far my favorite keychain ever!!! ❤️ Well worth the money!

Another win for Flashbang!

This is the last key ring you will need to buy! It is good looking, sturdy, easy to use, holds your keys safely. Clip or use the leather loop to hold the key ring, put your keys on and GO!!

Leather Key Chain

Love my leather keychain!

Leather Key chain with Clip

It’s beautiful and easy to use

Super cute

Cute & functional. Better than what I was working with before. Definitely sturdier than I was expecting.

Keychain with Kindness

I LOVE this keychain. I was hesitant about buying this due to the cost but it was worth every penny! The leather strap is big and durable but still soft, the latch and key rings are huge and high quality. Another product these ladies have hit a home run with.

can't live with out it!

I love mine so much!! The leather is super soft and the design is so great, I can clip it to my purse or a beltloop and always have my keys handy! I really appreciate the one directional snap. Its easy to operate, but makes it secure so no one could yank my keys off my purse or body. It's quality through and through! My husband even wants one!

Thank you Karen!! Hope your hubby loves his ;-D

Functional and beautiful!

I love the way this keychain feels! The leather is so smooth and soft - I can tell it will only feel even more incredible with time :) It’s super functional. I can clip it easily on my purse hardware, but the strap makes it easy to locate even just throwing it in my big bag! It’s one of those items I find myself holding, just because I enjoy the way it feels in my hand. Well made. Quality.

Thanks Julie!! You're so right...that leather will just get softer as you use it XOXO
