Holsters are made to order and typically require about 5 business days to process before shipping, regardless of shipping method. During checkout, an estimated delivery date will be displayed to your location along with options for expedited shipping.

Please also note that orders may experience longer processing times during peak season, such as, new product launches, limited promotions, and holidays.

All orders shipping to the U.S. over $95 will qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that the total order amount is calculated before tax and after discounts are applied.

For orders shipped outside the U.S., shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, destination country, and shipping method selection.

Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s totally okay! We know that not every holster fits every body perfectly, and we always want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, let’s fix that. Here’s how:

Return Policy

You’ve got 60 days to send your item back in its original condition. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 60 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
We don’t charge restocking fees, but return shipping is on you. We will gladly provide you with a shipping label, and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. (The cost of returns shipped within the United States is $6.95)
Make sure all parts and components are included in the return—missing pieces will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

There is no additional shipping fee charged for us to send the replacement items back to you. We're happy to cover that cost!
If the credit from your returned items does not cover the cost of your new exchange items, you will be sent an invoice via email to pay the difference.

Warranty & Defective Items

We stand by our gear, which is why all Flashbang products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.
Unless your item is defective, it needs to be in unworn condition for a return or exchange. If it comes back looking like it’s been through a wild weekend, we may have to adjust the refund accordingly.

In love!

I ordered this because I wanted a durable key ring. I’m so tired of things breaking on me. It exceeded my expectations! My only complaint is their logo wasn’t embossed on mine, but it is such quality leather and I am so thrilled it will be functional for years to come. The one way snap is amazing, and I was amazed by how sturdy the clip feels. It fits on belt loops, purse hardware, anywhere I want, and the slimline wallet clips on really nicely when I don’t have pockets!

I LOVE this keychain. I was hesitant about buying this due to the cost but it was worth every penny! The leather strap is big and durable but still soft, the latch and key rings are huge and high quality. Another product these ladies have hit a home run with.

I love mine so much!! The leather is super soft and the design is so great, I can clip it to my purse or a beltloop and always have my keys handy! I really appreciate the one directional snap. Its easy to operate, but makes it secure so no one could yank my keys off my purse or body. It's quality through and through! My husband even wants one!

I love the way this keychain feels! The leather is so smooth and soft - I can tell it will only feel even more incredible with time :) It’s super functional. I can clip it easily on my purse hardware, but the strap makes it easy to locate even just throwing it in my big bag!
